One Star order hasn't been fulfilled
I ordered the Nicloe 3seater &2seater In silver velvet which was delivered to me really quickly but on it arriving I was shocked in horror it was not velvet at all but grey FABRIC but when I said to the delivery men I was not happy I was told were just the Courier they brought it in and just dumped it and left then turned and said you have to give us £20 for what I don't know it was meant to be free delivery also its to dark in colour for my flooring I wanted light silver or cream so this situation has left me sad and spoilt my Christmas 100%
Havnt received my order yet, i have not been kept updated, unless it’s me who contacts the company. Money has been paid but no goods.

Honestly, it's nothing. In the photo sits at home, it is not possible to inflate it at home (there is no wind!). In general, disappointment. Although it is described correctly.
