Your order is given our personal attention and like all enquirers is dealt with as quickly as possible. If you have any special requests regarding delivery or your order in general, please e-mail us and your request will be dealt with immediately.

In order to keep costs down the courier service that we use cannot deliver to floors above ground level, therefore items ordered will only be delivered to the ground floor of the house or ground floor entrance of flats or apartments.

If your purchase is faulty in any way please return it and you will receive a full refund. You will be covered by the full manufacturer’s warranty. Sorry, we cannot pay for return postage.
